Tenant Wants To Move (Failure To Fulfill Lease) HELP!
Anyone had this happen before? The tenant is not happy in the apartment and wants to vacate early. Here is what my lease says about failure to fulfill the lease:
If the tenant fails to full the one-year Lease, the security deposit will be forfeited and the Tenant will remain obligated for the full rent for the unexpired term of the Lease and the expenses of the property including collections, until the property is rerented or the original Lease expires.
What do I do now?!!
