I utilized this service last year with absolutely no luck from them and then had much dificulty in cancelling with them. Sorry, they don't get my recommendation.

Dave, Thx for the feedback. Sorry to hear of the troubles you had with them. We are going to pass on using this service.
I cancelled my subs after 3 months. Very few leads generated in my area for the price. I get more leads on my own through other methods.
If anyone needs Tenant/Buyer leads in Georgia, let me know, my inbox is bursting with people wanting to rent-to-own a home.
