Tenant Stream Anyone?
Has anyone tried this new service called Tenant Stream that supposedly send you daily leads for people who are looking for apartments who also have up to $3,000.00 in security deposits and also people who want to lease option a property with up to 10,000.00 for a downpayment. I saw this advertised while I was reading an article on TCI.
Any information would be great. I don't want to waste my money if this is another Realty Trac situation.
