Tenant Left The State- How Can I Find Her?
A tenant up and left the state and of course she owes me money. I need some ideas or web sites and services that will help me get a good addrss on her. Any help will be appreciated.
Unless it's a boatload o'money, it's going to be tough to justify chasing someone across the country to get it back. There are companies that do that kinda thing, but they're expensive.

If the money is significant (> $1000) I'd sue and garnish their wages. Then you get your money as long as they have a tax paying job.

I am just curious that a landload and put something that will standout in a contract to warn a tenant of doing something like this, that he/she will be caught.
