Tenant Did Not Give 30 Days Notice
Hi-
Tenant wanted to renew lease originally for another year and I was going to get a new lease signed this week. Before this happen he said that he does not want to renew now (wants to move in with a friend). But now it has passed the 30 day notice timeline. What are the repercussions for not providing 30 day notice and renegotiating a verbal agreement?
What would you do?
