Tenant Buyers List

What system do you use when marketing a property/forming a tenant buyers list. I have used the 800 number with the ext. that describes the property, terms, and asks for them to leave the amount of money they can put down for the option. I have also used a local cell phone with a generic voice mail "leave your name and number".



From your experiences what do you think is more successful in building a quality list.

    I think all of society has been conditioned to paying nothing for housing. Even after the meltdown... it seems like buyer only buy so they can get some cash from the closing. I just shake my head. We sold two properties lately... and each one had the sellers bringing almost nothing to closing. I recall a closing where the buyer received a check for several thousands... no wonder the banks are in trouble....
