Tenant/Buyer On The Line, Now What?
Okay I have been reading the posts and I even took my primary, which the listing I had with RE agent expired and ran an ad to LO the property today. I only had money for one ad, so I have prayed on it believe me. I had several calls and one lady is ready to wire me the option fee, but I am facing an all new fear now. What do I do next? I know I evaluate her credit, but what next? Do you call employers to verify salary and employment? I have some template contracts, but they are very watered down. What are some of the typical weasel clauses needed to insert? She has requested to pay via electronic debit, how do I do that?
