YOU Paid How Much For Those Properties!
I was thinking this could be a lighthearted topic to get some laughs possibly.

<br />I was looking into investing in a smaller county by where I lived. During my research I found that during one sale one company purchased 12 parcels (that’s all they offered no houses) for $170,000. The county had their stuff together so everything was online and you could request information in email. They sent me the assessed value with the parcel numbers so I decided to add them together to see how much of a deal this investor got from the sale!

<br />The company who bought all 12 parcels paid $170,000 for $72,000 worth of land ROFLMAO! The highest assessed prices ranged from $12,000 with the lowest being $1000. Okay well maybe he knows something. I know there is no way all of those parcels were buildable.

<br />I was thinking either his company was the only company who showed up or there were 9 other investors looking at him like ooooooooooooooookayyyyyy! LOL

<br />This type of thing makes me want to use land trust or something. I got all his information really easy. I don’t want people to be able to see everything I own and how much I paid.
