This Should Be A Great Place To Start

Over the past few weeks, I've noticed alot of people on this site searching for info on Tax Liens/Tax Sales in a specific area.

The Tax Lien/Sale process differs from State to State, and commonly from County to County, or even between Cities.

The List below hasn't been updated since 1987, and I'm sure that some things have changed. Some States that are listed as Deed States may now Be Certificate States Etc.

I would encourage you to do your due dilligence before investing in Tax Sale Properties, and become familiar with the process where you plan to participate.

The Contacts listed should be an excellent place for you to start your research. Be sure to check at the State, County And City level for information, It will vary from area to area.

I did not include information regarding Yield on Certificates, or redemption periods because I want to make sure you do your own due dilligence, and I'm not sure that the info that I have is still accurate.
