Texas Struck Off
I was just browsing struck offs and one showed up that looks great, however, becasue of this i cannot believe investors would have missed it at the auction. Scenario: SFR, FMV between 40K to 60K, No mortgages, probably in really bad shape, minimum offer 2.5K. some records showed 1,300 sf and other 2014 sf. County records showed 2014 and title receords show 1300
I did some research and comes up clean. No deaths, and no probates opened according to online court records.
Question: 1) What i have to look for and where to look? 2) any suggestion is apreciated abatement, contamination issues, non permitted additions, I cannot think of anything elase 3) Kind of close to the freeway, is it possible to rent ir to a sign company to put those huge signs or I would need to get permits to install those things?
