I am trying to learn how to buy taxes in Ill. Can someone give me some information on how to find the tax lien sales? Thanks

    Look for treasurers offices on line. Look there for delinquent property taxes, or tax liens, or tax sales, or such like.

    Also, find the state statutes and read them on the topic of collection of delinquent property taxes. It is better to do so at the law library rather than online. The online statutes are just "black law," while you will find the "annotated statutes" in the law library. These will have summaries of court decisions about the meaning of the written law.
