Tax Lien Certificates For $$ From %%
Has anyone had any experience with Tax Lien Certificates simply for the return on the investment at the higher interest rate? I am interested in purcashing them in my own state, not in hopes of obtaining the property, just the interest.
Please advise.

I do not know about the folks here but there are a lot of investors who 'only' invest for the income/cash returns. Some states are organized so you will never get a property from a tax lien (they force a tax deed auction before the tax lien expires).
