Looking for investors (Cap rates 10-16%, solid opportunity.)
I'm looking for people to partner with on a real estate investment opportunity.
I am a serious real estate investor, but don't know a lot of others out there who are open to investing with partners. And the good news is I have a deal under contract that has a Cap Rate of 10%+, and is in a college town that's slated for solid appreciation over the next 3-5 years.
Anyone into this sort of partnership?
