Looking For Fellow Tax Lein Investor In Newengland Area
Hello folks,
I'm learning tax lein stuff and currently have Roy Stubblefields tax lein courses for MA, NH and CT. I would like to find someone I can team up with and learn this stuff together.
Also, a question for any veterans. Can you guide me to some good books on the tax lein process for newbies, and then some intermediate materials? What's the best way to start out in this biz? Does the letter writing technique really work? I don't see why anyone would sell me their property for $100.00. Any answers would be greatly appreciated. I really want to get moving on this stuff but I know that without knowlege and/or someone to work with, I will get discouraged and possibly get into some deep poop.
How did you veterans start out? What are your stories? Thanks folks!
