List Of Tax Sale Properties?
Hello,
I am a newbie who has a good amount of equity in my rental property and would like to use some of it to by a second property to fix and sell (or refinance) for a large profit in order to buy a multi-unit property. Tax sales seem like a good way to accomplish this if I do my homework. I've read some good info on this site regarding learning to do title searches. My first question is if I live a few hours from an area I want to buy in how do I go about getting a property list? Where should I go and whom should I speak to? If anyone has any info or suggestions for this newbie, it wil be well received.

Contact the tax collector's office of the county in which you are interested. Ask them if they are going to have a tax sale soon and how to get the list when they have it.
