How do I go about selling my property?
I have already purchased a property and have already waited the redemption period, now I would just like to sell the property? The problem being that I live in NY and the property is in TX. I have never seen the property. So now what ? I want to sell it right away, owner finance is okay. Where would I advertise it and any thing else you could suggest?

Do you have a plat map of the property? I mean, is it landlocked(i.e. can it be accessible by county roads without having to trespass on another person's land) It can be sold, but I think it is important to have this and other info. available. Pictures would help too, but htis may be impossible in your case. If you have any more questions, drop an e-mail at blueclassring@yahoo.com.
