Got A ? On A Foreclosed Property With A Lein
My parents are in the process of buying a double wide mobile home with about 5 acres for right at $40,000 and its a foreclosed property, they have been waiting since october and now they just found out that it supposively has a lein on it, how do they go about finding out why it has a lein on it? they put down $1000 and the bank has cashed the check already please help me somebody, anybody thanks :-? :-x :evil:
