? Good Tax Lien
How do you know if a tax lien is for you or if it is a good tax lien I have been researching tax liens so I am familiar and I have not invested in nothing yet. I need some opinions on how some of you guys invest or on which characteristics of a tax lien (property) do you choose to purchase? What is a good tax lien? What makes it a good lien? What advice can someone give?
