ETUX
My father recently passed last year, we are now involved in his estate.
Our attorney has been involved for quite a few months.
My mother passed 7 yrs ago.
on the title of one property it still states his name ETUX afterwards.
It has always been my understanding this means and wife. Should it have not been changed since we hired the attorney?
