Can I Do This?
this is a hypothetical situation. I drive around looking for properties in distress, (bourded up, needs work from outside, looks vacant-no shades,mail piling up). then i look up the property on the tax accesor website and find the owner. i also find that they are behind in taxes. Maybe the property is paid for maybe not. can i offer to pay back taxes for them to deed property to me and if there is still a mortgage turn it into a subject to sale
