Im a somewhat seasoned investor looking for a legitimate program on probate investing,any reccomendations?Aside from JBanks...............

    I've not personally applied his method though heard it's excellent!!!

    I have dabbled into probates from time to time and even wrote an eBook on Marketing to locate them which also is on SHOP TCI(--see my Cart below for more info---)

    What exactly is your game plan with probate and why have you selected this niche of RE investing?
