I am setting up a real estate investement LLC and want to get my tax strategies ok'd by an experienced real estate accountant. Does anyone know of one in Fairfax, VA?

The sure fire way to find a good accountant for your team is to start interviewing. I got lucky when I interviewed accountants and it was the 3rd one I interviewed but I interviwed over 3 dozen attorneys before I settled on a team of legal cousel--all with different knowlege and expertise.
This does take time but it is probably one of the fastest ways to learn about your state specific concepts and the process of buying and selling in your state.

Get a recommendation if you can.
Choose a specialist firm for real estate.
Check that everything is included – no hidden costs.
Expect the level of service to be related to what you pay.
If you are not happy then change.
