Lending On Property
Does anyone think this is a good deal or not?
We are buying a place for 85,000
We are getting a no doc loan, with 10% down and 8% interest.
We are using a credit score of 740 and signing personally.
I mean a good deal on the financing.
have you used the "lenders search" feature on the top of the page to do a comparison?...regards, CWal
