My new company will be dealing specifically within Florida, and even more specifically Broward County and Miami Dade. Any tax hints or tips specifically for that area?
Of course, my appologies. I am incorporating a company that is buy/hold/sell in strategy. I would like to incorporate to receive the best of both worlds, lower corporate tax, write off the depreciation and maintenence expenses, etc. My main goal is to use the tax laws to my advantage and try to work the system by #1 paying lower corporate taxes and #2 write off any expenses related to the properties. Any thoughts?
