Go to the following site to find out everything you need to know about tax liens for each state:

    Patrick,
Thanks for the reply. I am very familiar with this site. I know which states sell by mail, my frustration is finding counties that still have liens left over. Arizona has a lot, but much of it is worthless. If anyone is currently buying by mail I would love to hear from you.

Jameselvis, although it is technically possible for a surgeon to remove his own appendix, it is not recommended.

I know that Roy Stubblefield buys liens and properties by mail. They are usually small, low valued, left over properties, vacant land worth $5,000 or so.

If that is what you are talking about, OK, knock yourself out.

With all the variables involved in selecting profitable liens, buying blindfolded is an unnecessary addition.

If you don't have enough money to go research your lien in person, then you probably cannot afford to lose 5-10 times that amount by buying a Pig-in-a Poke!

Hi patrick I saw you post an thanks for the flowers ...you know how to treat a MOM M.A.D. on the Internet...

My problem is where can I find a survey or a list form any members out there (Inhere...) as to if wanting to buy the four manuals deal...which is most likely to return the number in count; properties that AP/

So I can choose the largest pool
buy the most adn get the most help from the Big brother of them all and then call On others as Sisters to expand my portfolio...

Four States for 197 + tax and S/R is not bad if the material bought is worthwhile...anyone own any so we can ask your study as to is it worth it or how well does the information present itself...?

also ...WHEW...! Where can a list or this information be found for NO CHARGE...?

    Thanks
