Has any body heard about a company called "Tax Lien Explorer"? They provide Tax Lien certificate listing . There charges are $19.99 per year. What is your opinion about this company?
It could be. There are a lot more factors to look at than just the assessed, or assumed value. But if you do your homework and everything checks out, than yes, go for it.

Yes, according to Florida legislature that is law.
Is that how it is in most states? I thought that if no one paid off the lien the property became yours.
