Tax lien bidding(no cap)
I live in Harford co. MD. A a recent tax sale
was short of a zoo,several people looking to file lawsuits.WHY? No cap on bidding,big corp. took over because they have 20% dwn.I think cap bidding is good for all. LESSON check your local laws!!!!
