Tax Forfeiture-Macomb County Michigan
My late-grandmother's home has gone to tax forfeiture for 2001 del. taxes. The current owners are doing nothing about this. I need to know if there is something I can do, prior to the public auction next summer, that may insure my eventual interest or fee simple ownership. Does the county ever sell property direct rather than at auction?
