Tax Delinquent R.E. Bottom Feeders Unite!
I'm a bottom feeder. As Minnesota doesn't have tax lien certificates (and as other states' opportunities seem to be drying up, I'm looking at other strategies. I'm hoping to find tax delinquent properties before they forfeit and buy them cheap. I bought Roy Stubblefield's info, and found it only somewhat useful.
