Tax Deeds In Arkansas
I am considering purchasing some negotiated tax deeds in Arkansas. I understand that their is a 30 day redemption and that it the tax debt is not settled by the owner before that period of time I would be issued a limited warranty deed. What I do not understand is the 2 year litigation period that is tied to the property from the date I receive the deed.
I have several questions.
1. Can this process be sped up in any way?
2. What rights do I have with a limited warranty deed?
3. If litigation is brought on the property, whom do the laws tend to favor in Arkansas?
