Tax Deeds 101
Hello I live in Idaho a tax deed state. My state does not issue tax liens. I've been doing some reading on this subject that is what I can find. But would someone be so nice as to step by step write out if they woke up this morning how would they optain a tax deed, how much of their money would they use, and how long till a profit was seen. Also does good or bad credit have anything to do with this. Thank you kind people soooooo much. I love this group of people

I think this request shows a mistaken notion of how this forum can be used. You are looking for a whole course on the topic, not asking specific questions.
You might want to find and buy some of the books on the topic. There are many, some of which are poor. Some are for specific states and might be inapproapriate for you. Do a google search for Roy Stubblefield. He has volumes for most states, I believe. There is a lot of repetition between volumes, but if you buy just one you won't notice that. Also, John Beck's "Free and Clear" program has information for every state. You can buy from his website which is something like www dot http://www.johnbeck.net . It has a lot of information for a lower price than Roy Stubblefield charges.
When could one make a profit? That would depend upon what you do with your purchase. And it might be influenced by the laws and customs in Idaho. Personally, I rent out my properties, so I might start making a profit in the next month after buying or it might take months to get properties repaired to rent out.

The Book "The 16% Solution" is about tax liens, not tax deed states.
I recommend that you go to the county law library and start studying the ID statutes on collection of delinquent property taxes. Also, check the websites of county treasurer's offices in ID. Some of them will give you information.
