Hi i have 2 questions
1) after aquiring a prop from the repository sale,THERE are no liens recorded,is it necessary to get a Quiet Title Done or Quit claim deed from previous owner in order to sale .and would i be able to do this my self in the state of pa
if that being the case Can you recomend attorney in monroe co and a title co that might have good expierience in handling these type of issues
2) any sample letters /or help in any service in obtaining a quit claim deed from the original owner .
