Switching O Rental Ins.
I have a Denver property that is in a 4 plex. I need to switch from a homeowner Ins to a renter non-occupied ins. Will this be a problem for me as my note says this is not a investment property. I am stuck in between 2 states and decided to rent out unit to cover my bills.
What are all the coverages I need to seek coverage for? Will my ins. price typically go up to down ove a homeowners policy?
