Would A "RECORDED" Lease Option Stop Other Investors From

from stealing your deal. I heard there was another piece of paperwork i could use but could not remember what it is called. does anyone have any help on this. I am new and after my research, i discoved some leads and want to know if i get the deal could a recorded lease option be enough till i can get the owners to the attorney to make the subject to deal legal? THANKS

    Memorandum of contract is the recordable document...

    Always have one notarized at purchase contract signing along with a POA
