Where To Find Potential Sub 2s?
What are ways to find people/properties for Sub 2? It sounds great but I'm not sure there are many people that would be willing to go along with it. Any ideas where to look?

First step is to scour this forum (and the articles). More ideas there than you can shake a stick at. Spend a few hours reading and searching here, soon your head will be swimming.
I agree with loon on the numerous ways you can educate yourself using this site.
I bet an owner facing inevitable foreclosure with no way to cure the default ( and thus ruining his/her credit) would be interested in hearing your solution of curing the default and taking the property Sub2.
