What Do You Guys Think Of This Way Of Getting Buyers..(m)
I've been thinking of as many ways as possible to sell my house when I pick it on the market. I want to hit it from every angle possible. I was thinking that I could contact a mortgage broker in the area where my house is located. The broker would have people who are qualified and looking to buy. He would also have people who don't qualify for good terms because their scores are a little low but with a little time their scores can be approved. I want both of those types of buyers.
Has anyone ever gone this route before?
What do you guys think about this method? How would you approach the broker about what his help?

I have just recently partnered up with a mortgage broker who hands out my business card to people who can't qualify for a loan but have a down payment.
I'm starting to build a mighty buyers list. I just need some more houses here!
Quinn I personally feel if its not illegal, unethical, or immoral try it. It can't hurt. My problem is I am finding homes no buyers. Good luck to you both.
