Trust Agreement/interest Transfer?
Please help me clarify the problem:
When the seller deeds me his house thru a Warranty Deed to Tustee?
I can have the trust agreement with that trustee,
or
The seller can have the same trust agreement with this trustee.
Let`s say an attorney is a trustee.
Who is the owner-beneficiary? Who is the real owner?
Deed is in trust, right so there can be 2 different trust agreements - with me and with the owner of the property? Right?
Excuse my stupidity, but please clerify that?
