Transfer Tax
Hell-o all
I was just sitting here trying to find some where on the net that would tell me how much California transfer taxes where.Ya know that is a hard little dude to www.find.I found alot of sites that told me who pays them and how to find a realator but no 1.5% 2% 10000000%,I kinda felt dumb ( hey now be nice ) I even asked Jeeves realy I did,lol.So if any one can piont me in the right direction I'd be your best friend. Call a local title company or contact a real estate agent. When you do, ask what the custom is - are the taxes split 50/50 between buyer and seller. They are in PA.
