When you deed the property to the trust should you notified the bank that the property is now on a trust for financial planning?or should you just keep making the payments and stay www.quiet.Im reading a book and it says that you should help the owner write a quick letter to the bank letting the bank know the property is now on a trust for financial planning but i still want to know someones professional opinion...
there is nothing wrong with putting property in a trust for "estate planning purposes" so no need to notify the lender to raise any unecessary red flags- just keep making timely monthly payments.
