Subject To, Manual Vs. Course
Whats up everyone,
I want to start getting into subject tos. What is the difference between the JCL manual and couse? What i need the most is actually finding borrowers who may be willing to sign their house over to me. The "sales" part isnt as important to me but its still important, thanks!
You've got to work on your Negotiation. All the rest is moot if you cannot cause the negotiation to go your way.
I have watched persons with no background or training in real estate do just fine. Out here I find that ex Agents in the film bus do just fine. I would not select them for ongoing friendships but man can they motivate the client.
Mrs. Garnet. I have sold three of her properties for her and all went well. She inherited them all good selection of husbands with short lifespans. Then one day in a trendy dendy restaurant she had this man fall into her lap. He says he was shoved. Just lost his client a five picture deal by insisting on credits at all levels So he got none. Anyway he has a brand new Real Estate License Salesman and he assumes the position of constant attendant. So he sells her own personal house in Hancock Park so she can move into a Wilshire Blvd. Condo and play the part. You know the fluffy little dog that rides around in a big purse. Has a limo cause driving does wear the nails. Etc. Etc. The guy is good that is for himself. The house that just sold moved as close to the bottom of a Spike Market as I have ever seen. Of course I am jelous how could she do this leaving me an experienced man of 82 for some stringy muscular black hair'd dude with a widows peak and dresses like he belongs in a window at Gucci. Yes, perhaps you are right. It was easy.
Cheers Lucius
You could be the most effective negotiator in the world, and the best deal maker too, but if you have no one to use your talents with, it becomes a moot point. I have John's Bird dogging e-book, which contains excellent information to use to get people calling you. There are other courses out there that cover marketing also. Read as much as you can, and visit the marketing forum here on TCI.
Marketing is what gives you the opportunity to negotiate, and make deals. In reality, to do business.
Good luck,
