Subject To In Texas

All,

I have been reading up on Subject To: investing, and it really sounds like a great option. I have also read where in Texas selling a home that you have acquired subject to may not be sold CFD? Does this make Subject to: harder or more complicated in Texas than in other states? I am looking at ordering the Cash Manual, just want to find out how feasible Subject to: deals are in Texas

Thanks in advance for help,

Eric

Post a message to Cash to see if his ideas work in TX. He is a great guy so I am sure he will tell you what he knows.

    austintxeric,

    Glad to meet you.

I have students doing Subject To deals in Texas, the difference is there you sell on a Lease Option or Wrap otherwise it works great.

CFD has many restrictions in Texas, you are correct, it is not the recommended way to sell.

I just have to remember when addressing students there to say ya'all so there is a difference just not how to do subject to deals.

Thanks for the quick replies. So are wraps and lease to own methods covered in the subject to: manual?

    austintxeric,

I cover these methods of selling by email or cell phone as it is not covered in the manual, but it is something that I address either way.
