Subject 2

For the last year Ive been reading about real estate invesments, looking to become an investor. But Ive never heard or seen "Subject 2". What is it?

    Tell us exactly what you wish to accomplish overall.

    The Affidavit and Warranty Deed can possibly aid you in accomplishing evidence of ownership & control.

    But i am still unclears as to why you are seeing them
    as Two(2) spearate methods???

    Derrick,

    I have an investor friend that has been buying property for over 15 years. His attroneys advised him.

    He transferres the title to him as the trustee instead of the trusts name and records it. then, he creates the trust and name it owners name smith family trust.
    the beneficiary interest is his LLC and the trustee is another person close friend.
