Subject 2 Contracts & Forms
Hi..I'm working on my first deal - a subject 2. This one kind of fell into my hands. I'm wondering if anyone out there would be willing to share the contract/forms that you use.

Which form are you in need of?
Are you looking for some kind of generic contract or the state specific forms to make this a valid transaction?
Do you need the specific deed to transfer the property or are you looking for just a general contract to do so?
I am assuming you already have a copy of the affidavit since you didn’t ask for it, and the agreement between the two parties.

There is a lot more to it than just getting a piece of paper. You need to know how to use these forms and what your specific state laws require for the language in those forms.
I recommend you take the time to study what you need to do a deal so you do it right.
