Seller Renege On Right To Sell?

I signed a 6 month Right to Sell with my agent in June. After 3 offers, a price reduction, and a phone call to my lender, we are thinking that a REFI might be the best option of all.

How do I back out of the right to sell before my 6 months is up and not get stuck paying 6% of the listing price?

    Here is a novel idea...speak to your REALTOR and tell them your situation. We are a understanding bunch and understand that situations change. What your REALTOR may do is take you listing out of MLS, remove yard signs, and not advertise the property anymore. They probably will simply keep teh contract until it expires, just incase you have a buyer waiting in teh wings and are simply trying to get out of teh commission.
