Recording Deed & DOS Clause
Hope someone can answer this.
From reading previous posts, it seems wise to record the deed once you own the property. I am in the process of getting a deed subject to right now.
Does anyone know if recording a deed would alert the lending institution who may then invoke the due on sale clause? Or is it better not to record for that reason?
Alternatively, they may find out about the sale but wont invoke DOS anyway so long as they receive payments.
Thanks
