Real Estate Attorney With Subject To Background In Georgia
Hello Everyone,
I'm searching for a real estate attorney in the Atlanta area, who is familiar with subject to deals. I tried to let my "fingers do the walking" but I'm not getting anywhere with that method. I also received a couple of referrals and the attorneys won't even return my call......no way I'll give any business to someone who can't return a phone call. probably your best ploy is to find one or more of the lawyers who already belong to and participate in your local REI group.
Most lawyers have no clue or knowledge of "sub-to" and I don't think you want to spend your money educating them!
I have met with several Atlanta area attorneys that handle "sub 2" deals. The best I've seen yet is Mike Florence. Not only is he very experienced with subject 2 deals, he will provide you with all the forms.
