At this junction in my career I do not have one ready available except one of the juniors at the most respectable and expensive firm in Los Angeles. I do not suggest as I am looking at a bill for a consultantcy lasting 15 minutes just about the equal of a mortgage payment on a ten unit. the worst of it is he blabbed the answer. Translation, talked nonsense and could not advice on the matter without future extensive research said research would be done by some highly underpaid Law Student .
My suggestion is you might try the Bar, they on occasion can give you the name of an attorney that might fill the occasion.
Good luck and if you completely strike out post the information on the matter and I am sure several of the attorneys skulking in the wings will advise. There are some good ones on line. Of course there is one hiding out in Las Vegas who we are trying to get back to California. His comments on line are most correct and informative. he made me look like an ostrich. I think he is holding out for an appointment to the Supreme Court or a free house in Beverly Hills...furnished.....
