Land Trust Question

If I were to put my property into a Land Trust (in California) am I required to notify the lender?



Also what happens (as far as the lender is concerned) when I change the Insurance policy to reflect the Trust arrangement?

    Hi Wiz,

    This is my personal property so I decided to use a LT for privacy and favorable remedies in the case of a default, if I were to sell it CFD.
