That question is always going to be a matter of opinion. However, it doesn't hurt to read several books on a particular subject. That way you get several different perspectives.
I agree with jonesoe30.
However, I can say that Bronchick's Alternative financing is good and covers more than just subject to investing. I have it and it was key to my education.
If you want a taste of what you will get in Bronchick's course, check out his book, Financing Secrets of a Real Estate Millionaire (or something like that).
Which ever course you pick up, go through it a couple of times with a little time between each reading. Things that did not click (or sound appealing) at first begin to make more sense each time you go through the material.

The only course that I bought is John Locks book.
So far, it has been really good and I plan to go live on the 9th of January!
How do you think Johns book stacks up?
