How are things in SL? I have been there many times and helped my sister with a house when she was at wash U. I thought it had a good market with lots of opportunity there. How have you found it?
I think that in ten years I will return to that area as my inlaws are there and will need help.
Good luck on Sub-To and if you haven't got Cashes book it is really very good!

Yeah down at the loop ;o). There is a good market I have done a couple rehabs, but nothing sub to. I did get his book already as well. I was just wanting to network with others in the area. There is alot of affordable housing as well in the 100-150 range so thats what I want to focus on at first.
It said you had no info available as well LOL. I think the board caught a cold or something. Anyway email me at **Please See My Profile** and let me know your email address as well. I look forward to your reply.
